A personalised bespoke pet portrait can be the perfect way to celebrate your beloved pet, whether that be a dog, cat, rabbit, guinea pig, budgie...I am happy to draw any animal. Maybe you don't want a pet drawing, but would like to commission me to draw a stag or a family of foxes for a room in your house. I can do that also. I can also capture those that are sadly no longer with us, as a beautiful tribute to a much loved pet. The process to book a commission is as follows; Please view the size and pricing options below, and contact me via the ‘contact’ form at the bottom of this page. I will also need to see images of your pet, so that I can advise on which is the best, in order to capture your pet in best possible way. (Please see photo guidelines to assist you with your choice of photo). I will offer you a space/date with a guide as to how long your pet portrait will take. If this is satisfactory, a 20% non refundable deposit is required to reserve your commission/diary slot, this deposit is then deducted from the final balance.

What the price includes:

 

The prices above include the size of portrait as specified in the table above, plus your portrait will be double mounted in antique white to match the paper and backed and ready for you to frame, up to A3 size. A2 and A1 portraits will be rolled and packaged in strong cardboard tubes for protection. The price includes the head and neck/ shoulder of your pet as standard, as this is the best way to capture the greatest amount of detail. if you would like the full body, this can be discussed, but is not always possible and please bear in mind, the head will be greatly reduced, to accommodate the rest of the body. I would not recommend full body portraits on any size below A3. I work with a plain background in order to give your pet centre stage but if you would like a background, perhaps a blanket or a chair, please contact me and I can give you a more accurate quote.
